| If you have a vw, audi, or porsche and you are not servicing it to JA Autowerks, do yourself a favor. Go into where you keep your wallet. Take whatever cash you have in it, and throw it out. Because that's what you're doing, wasting money. John and his crew are all great knowledgeable people and genuine car enthusiasts. The entire experience is great. From Erin taking the phones and giving updates as they come along, to Lucas who will answer any question you have, to John and the rest of the technician staff servicing your car. It's great all around. Friendly service, quality WARRANTIED work, knowledgeable competant staff, and all at a very affordable price. They have been servicing my audis and porsches for the past 5 years and I will never jump ship to another garage. |

| I was impressed with the friendly service and expressed goal to save me money by only doing required repairs. They accomplished this saving me hundreds of dollars that the dealership tried to charge for un needed repairs. I would recommend they try to improve their signage as I passed them twice before finding the shop. It is tucked in a small strip mall type of building with other shops and easy to miss. I have already sent my Audi and Volvo owning friends their information and my referral. I will always bring my Audi here. |

| I am extremely happy with the job done on our '06 Jetta (tdi). Totally resolved all issues with the car, customer service is extremely good and they just know their business. Cool people too! They offered the lowest quote from about 8-10 different shops that I called and stayed totally true to the quote. I absolutely recommend these guys, especially if you have a tdi engine. I will definitely be back should I ever need anymore work done on the car but given the way it now runs (250k miles) I don't think I'll need to be back anytime soon. Cheers guys! |

| Great experience with the service and repair of my 2006 Audi A6! Erin made me feel comfortable when I first called because I had received another quote elsewhere for a timing issue which was very, very high. She told me that they would take a step by step approach and just fix what was needed as the diagnosis proceeded. As it turned out the total repair cost was substantially less and I am very happy! |
