| Brought my VW Alltrack to JA Autowerks because I wanted to be confident I would use a mechanic who knew European cars, and specifically German vehicles. I could have gone to the dealer, but I've found their customer service and work to be lacking and overly expensive. JA Autowerks did a fantastic job servicing my car as well as providing me with a loaner for the time they were doing the work. The car came back running perfectly, and clean - both inside and out. I would highly recommend JA Autowerks for anybody who needs work on a European vehicle, although I'm sure they would do a great job on a domestic car as well. |

| I wanted to find a local independent shop that has experience with a 20 year old Mercedes as the local dealership doesn't seem to have a team dedicated to the older models and many parts are now discontinued by MB. Mark and John were very responsive and scheduling services was easy. Just had some major work done on my car and hoping all goes well from here. I will definitely call them again for future needs. |

| They did a maintenance program for 60k on my son Subaru and it was done when promised and they issued me a loaner car while the work was done. Pricing was competitive. Everything that was done is in full working order today. |
