| These guys are very professional, take their jobs seriously and are super knowledgeable. I took my Subaru Impreza for a pre-purchase inspection and they took it even though they are a German-Centric garage. I was worried they wouldn't know their stuff but they proved me wrong. I ws given a detailed overview of the car, the things that were wrong with it and a very matter of fact way, and I was confident the knew their stuff. You can tell they run a tight shop and their customers appreciate their service. |

| John and Jeff were very helpful from the first phone call. My 2013 GTI had an aftermarket clutch installed a ways back and was giving many issues. I had an OEM clutch kit installed and John gave immediate updates through calls and texts. JA Autowerks is very meticulous on providing great work on the car and great customer service. They also reached out a few days after the car was returned. Another additional note is that they don?t push any work upon you. They simply let you know the work needed to be done and let you make the final decision. |
