| My experience with JA Auto has been beyond great. Unlike dealerships, they are a team of experts who will tell you what your car needs to get fixed without exaggeration. They are professional and curious in every way. The wait time as been also less than what they estimate for you. I live an hour away and will gladly drive the distance to fix or service my car there again. |

| I did all the maintenance on my Cayman S but traded it for a Macan Turbo. Didn?t want to deal with the multiple bolts to remove the engine underside cover. I heard about J&A being a ?real deal? Porsche repair shop with reasonable prices. Couldn?t be true. I decided to give a call and see the price on a minor oil service. Jeff answered the phone and gave what in Porsche terms was a very reasonable estimate. He said he was a week or 2 out so we tried to find a time. When I told him I was a teacher and would be starting school he told me to bring it over the next day and he would get me in. While doing the oil service it was noticed there were multiple rusted bolts that were snapped off causing a noise under the car. The owner John did not squabble over how they were broken. His response was simply, ?I want to make this right? He spent an hour drilling out the old bolts and retapping. Rather than just replace with any fastener he secured the pan and ordered Porsche spec bolts. Brought the car back and the job was completed at no extra cost. If you want a somebody working on your car that cares about cars not just money. John is your guy. Needless to say my days of crawling under my car are over. |

| John and Jeff are honest, reliable people. When I drop a vehicle off there I know It?s in good hands and don?t ever worry about the quality of the work. They have worked in older and newer cars and their expertise is vast. I always feel the cost is fair and they are upfront about everything. |

| Fast, friendly and Professional service. I've serviced my Porsche here a few times and have always received excellent and extremely reasonable cost service. Going forward, I will only use JA Autowerks for all my auto services. So nice to pick up my car, after serviced, washed and vacuumed, better than I would have done myself. |

| John and his associates do a great job of helping maintain a premium German car at reasonable prices. I've been using him for years with all my cars once they go off warranty. Every time I think I have a major issue, my car gets a thorough diagnosis and a fair report. Where other mechanics could have easily taken advantage of me, John has saved me money on more than one occasion. I highly recommend going to him for all your Audi needs. I know my car is in good hands when I drop it off there. |

| These guys are great. There pricing for work is competitive and there work is top notch. I normally don?t trust people working on my vehicles and do the work myself. John and his team are so good at what they do, I have stopped working on my vehicles and just have them do everything. |
